Simple and easy to operate:

*Seat the heat press at 350 degrees F on heavy pressure .

*Cover with teflon and press for 15 seconds.

*Then, turn garment inside out and press
for 15 seconds with no cover.

*On the back of the garment, press for 15 more seconds
and that's it!

*Avoid using fabric softener.
